I wouldn't fully agree with that. Regardless if its digital or film, a good photographer is a good photographer. Digital has allowed for many more to press the shutter and capture a picture, but that doesn't ensure there'll be a good finished product. The creative eye and enough technical skill will always be required.In the end that's what it comes down to.
