Chuck - you nailed focus on that Fly's eyes! Very sharp, excellent work. Pretty looking fly as well. What sort of insect is the 2nd shot - I'd have a guess at a Bee of some sorts? Doesn't quite look like focus was nailed on the eyes, but the eyes are really weird looking, like there's reflective fluid over them, so it might be sharp but I'm not seeing it as sharp cos I'm not familiar with the insect.

Dave,

I dont know exactly what type of wasp it is, but I know it as a Paper Wasp. These buggers have a pretty painful sting.
