Just to clarify something... The cats name is the Iceman, that wasnt a title for the shot or anything!

Theres a bit of a blue tint to the pic - Your exif shows you had the White balance set for Tunsten which probablly wasnt right but I dont really know what the environment was. Anyway, I did some PP on your pic and this is what I came up with:

Cheers, it was set to Tungsten... it was the first few pics i took with the camera - hence, I didnt know what settings i was using, you know how it is!

Cheers for clearing the blue hue, although I did do that originally but I actually preferred the blue - dont ask me why! Anyway, thanks!

Also, how did you sharpen it, is it USM?

Yes some USM. I may have oversharpened slightly but it was late ;) I think it was 150% .3 radius 0 threshold. Actually I wasnt sure if it was an accident or on purpose because the blue added the "cool" factor to the picture - until I saw the tungsten setting then I knew you prob set it wrong. And yes I do "know how it is" When I first started photography I used to mess up all the time with exposure and the big wheel on the back of the 20D. Once I messed up several hundred shots at a wildlife park and didnt realize the Exposure Compensation was set to Overexpose by several stops. I will never make that mistake again. :o
