Dragon Time Pt1

I went up to my local patch to check out the dragons and we had quite a few, all on the otherside on the water from where I could get to so these are almost all long shots.

This one seems to be a Four-spotted Chaser, Libellula quadrimaculata.

Good shots Lester - Only saw one chaser around earlier this year and didn't get a chance to photograph it.

Thnaks Brian, I nearly fell in the water a couple of times with this series. This one was on a branch of a fallen tree in the middle of the water.

nice ones Lester............ on the second shot there is a vertical line of oof foreground that is running right thru the middle of the dragons wings........ its distracting from what i think is the best shot.... (clone/healing tools would possibly get rid of it)

That's a good point Alan thanks, I'll take a look at what I han do to reduce that.

[EDIT] OK I have hidden that with a bit of clone tool and some masked in blur to smooth the oof highlights, the origional is linked so you should see it there.
