i am sure there is a bug ID site that would help you, if that fails try the csiro, I didnt realise that you were in UK, does the gum tree grow ok?

Hiya Darren,
Gum trees thrive here in the UK. mine is a 'Eucalyptus Niphophila' otherwise known as a 'Snow Gum' & the damn thing just grows & grows, I love the smell it gives off in the evening.

you need to make the journey down here then, you will be blown away by the smell in summer magic. And snow gums are very nice.
