You can even do macro with the kitlens :D .
Kitlens+32mm extension tubes (you have to remove some plastic in order to fit an efs lens onto an extensiontube).

Original is surprising sharp. Shame I got rid of it really, it was very convenient.

these were taken with efs 18-55mm....when i started my photography almost 2 yrs ago...
sold it last month and got myself a 17-40mm...:p

i like this one.. the clouds look very deep and not blown out.. and the forground the correct colour too.. did you use some sorta filter?
