Questions about shoooting sports pics for schools.

I have been asked to shoot one of the sports at the nearby HS I have never done this type of shoot before but its an outside sport so that I can handle.

Where do you buy the memory mate things that hold one team pic and one indvidual pic at?

When doing groups like this whats the easiest way to keep the kids straight as far as pics vs order?
