Since I now have a spare 60 gig, 2.5" SATA drive, I was wondering if I could get one of those battery + CF reader enclosures so that I could use it to backup my photos on our upcoming trip to Madagascar.

You will need some sort of computing power to read the memory card and transfer the files to the hard drive. Skip Douglas
