I'm not sure about the title, but I think thats what the red flower is called in english? The picture was taken on manual metering the sky and then added some flash off camera pointing down on the red flowers.

really nice photo, if your focus is on the floweres though my eye is directly taken to teh sky

Did you use multiple exposures and combine the shots for this?

No. I metered the correct exposure on the sky, and used the flash off camera with an omnibounce, and pointed it downwards toward the flowers. :D
