BTW, the first trails Suzy mentioned are Scout's Lookout/Angel's Landing. All you have is a chain handhold on a lot of it; it's a tough hike, but worth it.
Waterfalls are at (IIRC) Weeping Rock and the top of Emerald Pool. Check with the rangers, they'll point you in the right direction.
