I just brought some Lexar Pro cards for my MkIIN, and the 2gb/sd card is inop, the camera won't read it or format it. The Lexar web page shows that the 1DMkII and the 1DSMkII support this card. I think that would include the 1DMkIIN as well, right? Anybody else have any problems with Lexar. I threw in a 512mb San Disk that I have in another camera and it will read it. I have always used SanDisk but my shop was out so I trying Lexar. So its off to town, again.

TIA,

Lynn

There have been tons of documented issues with Lexar cards. Get Sandisk.

The Lexar issues were with CompactFlash. Remembering the problems with early Sandisk SD cards in Pocket PCs (which did all sorts of strange things, including corrupting the card contents), I prefer Lexar for SD, but I buy Sandisk CompactFlash.
