Hiya Leorooster,
Nice shots #3 does it for me 'cause of the eye, I seem to have been gripped by this eye thing, I can't think of any sane reason as to why but they are fascinating, I knew nothing about bugs & things til I came on here & saw a whole new world, sounds geeky but who gives a . eh.
What I cannot understand is why they have to have such amazing eyes & the size of them in relation to their body is mind blowing.
Anyway cheers for now
Mark

Thanks, Mark. I know what you meant. Whenever I see clear picture of eyes, I feel very excited as well. The insect world never cease to impress me ;)

Thanks!

I like the last one the best, I like how you can see the texture of the eyes.

Nice shots, interesting looking fly, has light blue overtones to the hairs as well. Never seen anything like that before.

Alan - yes, you are right. I also feel that the body is a bit soft. It might due to the use of Neatimage to reduce noises. I just acquired the software and was trying different setting.

If any one can offer any help as to what's the best setting, it will be great. :)

Thanks!
