Yikes. At 50mm, you could reach out and touch that moose. Great shots from what I'd imagine was a great trip.

So as long as you stay in your car they don't run away, which allowed me to get this shot.

I want the picture to be more 'alive', but that's quite hard to achieve with this combination of colors and contrast..

If you have lightroom or ACR, maybe using the brush and lightening the moose's left eye a bit would give it the spark you're looking for? Call me Al Gear Flickr
