Ok, so I pulled the trigger on my 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM from B&H this morning. And it's all your fault. 3-5 day shipping, I'm hoping the processing with be done tomorrow morning so they can get it out and I'll maybe have it by the 5-6th....YEAH! I cannot wait

I assume you got the 24-70 F2.8 L to go with it, right? Or the 17-55 F2.8 IS? The 17-55 is the perfect compliment to the 70-200

Shipping from B&H is usually super fast. Ordered my 70-200 2.8L on the 26th and it arrived yesterday (the 29th). Can't get over how fine this piece of glass is.

lol, not just yet, but I wish. I'm 18, going to college this fall, and I being me, buys a $1600 lens, lordie what have I (or you guys) gotten me into! But ya know, my present to myself last year was a $1300 saddle, and then my money when I went to Europe, I deserve something nice for graduating, and besides it's my money screw what the family thinks...and it seems like I gotta do somethin about this, looking at the trend of going up $300 every year, by the time I'm 25, I'll be buying myself (If I got my math correct) a $3700 gift!
