Bokeh - feedback please

I recently took a borrowed Rebel XT/kit lens to North Carolina. This photo was taken with it. I'm not super proud of it or anything, but I was fairly pleased with the bokeh that the much-scorned kit lens was able to dish out.

I like the orange on the green background but might prefer a different crop emphasizing the flower a little more.

Yes you did get Bokeh - however it seems as if the exposure isnt quite right and the DOF seems very shallow (not all the flower is in focus) - very little detail in the flower itself.
