Driving from Trondhein for 1000 kms on a narrow highway full of trucks made me postpone the Northern adventure. I, m sure it is a wonderful place.

RhodyPhotos Two all the way and a coffee milk. More info | We took a train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi. Rented a car from there and drove up without any firm destination in mind. The basic idea was to take a dip in the Arctic Ocean with the sun still above the horizon past midnight. lol CC always welcome.

We would stay awake to see it get to its lowest position and then crash for the "night" while it made its progression back to its highest position. Guess it wasn't really a novelty for the locals since we were the only ones out there enjoying the midnight sun. lol! CC always welcome.
