Hiya All,
After a few bad days I thought it would be nice to sit in the garden with the camera & see what may come along, First thing I knew was this little B****** biting my leg :mad: , has anyone any ideas what it may be please ?????

Thanks for the link will go have a look see shortly, its nip was pretty damn uncomfortable for such a small critter but I let it go on its way no harm done hopefully.

It could be another beetle, but it does kinda look a tad like your guy. You were magnanimous... I would have smacked him out of reflex most likely. Best to catch something that bites you just in case it has to be identified. Of course, smacking them makes that difficult. LOL Good shot, especially under the circumstances.

I am sure that is the deadly biting bug that I saw on the discover channel. Don't worry about your leg, it will fall off in a couple of days. Of course that is after it swells up 10 times its normal size... Just kidding of course, mean looking bug you got there mate.. Good shot.
