Finally got a fairly infocus not blurred shot of some eyes, not half as good as most on here but for me it was a major achievement :D

Also a spider that I could do with an ID please, it was building it's web and so I couldn't get round the other side. I didn't want to disturb him.

Edit I've found out it's our most familiar spider Araneus diadematus the Garden Spider :rolleyes:

You got excellent detail on the fly.
The spider looks like a juvenile Araneus diadematus- common orb web spider at least in the UK.

Hehehe, well you did better than me when I was starting out. I was dreadful for the first 3 months. I'm only now starting to get some half decent shots. Well, at least I hope they're considered half decent by my peers lol!!!
