Just got this lens with a used 40D - but was wondering whether I should sell it since I already have the range bracketed with my 18-55 and 55-250. I like the idea of having some decent range in a walk-around lens, but I could really use to reclaim some cash too.

It probably comes down to keeping either this lens, or the 18-55/55-250 combo. (Or try to sell all 3 and pick up the Tamron 18-270.)

Advice?
