The darkness at the bottom of #1 really draws my eye to it as a bruise. Maybe a flash would have helped.

I like No. 2 & 3, but I've got to agree with Hellashot, the dark vent at the bottom is distracting. And the blown sky doesn't help either. This is one of those shots that would possibly come out well using the HDR process. Means you'd have to go back and reshoot though :-(

It might also look better in B&W too...try that first.

I'm not an expert; But I really love the first. The height, textures and colors are great! If it had a truely blue sky I think this would be amazing. And I love the look of the broken windows against the red corrugated siding. Also, I like the bright green of the few plants along the bottom.
I don't like #2. There is nothing that draws or holds my eye.
And #3 isn't bad, but I don't like the angle it is taken at. Maybe taken vertical?

But that is all just an opinion.

bracket! #1 is nice but the sky is white and by bracketing, that's easily fixed because you can take the building from one photo and the sky from another and put them together! whoo for digital. i would also suggest using curves and a layer mask to lighten the bottom as everyone seems to think that it draws attention towards it.

#2 needs something but i don't know what it is. more contrast maybe? i hvaen't figured it out yet.

#3 is nice, but i think it would be nice if it were straightened out.

here is #1, i just made a curves adjustment and pulled the black up, and then made a layer mask of the with a gradient so it only effected the bottom of it. i also added some blue to the sky and some noise so it didn't look just painted in. i hope it looks okay.

I like the 2nd image but the perspective should be corrected so it does not apare to be leaning and the contrast needs to be boosted

Maybe a tad over saturated for my liking but still nice angles.
