Can someone edit this pic for me to b&w but leave the flower in color please. I cant figure it out. Thanks in advance

I use Photoshop Elements and use the "magic wand" to select everything except the flower. Then go to Enchance, Color and Remove Color. Voila!!

It takes a few passes, at least for me, but it works.
