Hey Bluemax,

What model domke did you get? Just got my first f-6 about a month or so ago, and I love it! After wading through all the tamracs, lowepros, and even crumpler. started checking out army surplus to try and "make" one. Just couldn't seem to find what I was looking for. So is this your first domke?

Hi Bosman,
I had an outpack by them and it was lovely. I always wanted one of their reporter style ones, but they were expensive.
I eventually found someone on Ebay selling a last few at a considerable saving on new.
I got the F3XB and the F1XB in ballistic nylon. The F3 is my walkabout bag. The F1 is my home bag, but goes in the car if I can park near where I intent to shoot or if I need absolutely everything. Lots of pockets and not too padded. They are quite understated as well. Excellent quality and built to last. Won't show the dirt, make you look like a pro if you turn up to meet a client.

You'll need the bra to match. ;)

Looking at them I don't think they'd hold very much, if you get my drift ;) but I don't think that matters to Lordy :p

Uncle Kev ... I put my 30d with 24-105mm IS L attached in longways and then at one end there is room for the Sigma 15-30mm EX in the Canon pouch (the Canon is now my default walkaround and I swap the pouch between the two as needed). The Sigma isn't small. Same size as the L pretty much. Then you have the end pockets. I keep my little 50mm 1.4 in one, but there is room for three similar sized primes in there, ie 35mm and 85mm if I want to carry them too. Then in the other pocket I usually keep a load of change for the bus, sweets, whatever, but it easily takes my Pentax 200mm f4. In the front flap pocket there is loads of room for keys, MP3, notebook, pens, umbrella, etc. Does the job. Use it every day.

LOL.. you guys crack me up.. and in case you didn't know a bra is wonderful for stashing extra CF cards when you don't want to bother with a camera bag and the skirt or slacks your wearing don't have pockets.

Here's another "nice find" for Dave. He might actually find one to go with his man-purse. ;)

  Nice one. Good to see you turning your fantasies into a worthwhile business Lord. I knew you were considering self employment, but this has really come out of left field. Best of luck with it ;) I hope there is a market for your radical Manties line. I like the product photography too. Which lens you use?

We are lucky that way, aren't we.:lol::lol: I have found myriad uses for mine as I've been out shooting! Now the retrieving of CF cards, etc often draws a bit of attention, though.

He needs to add silk to his line- I could never advise someone to purchase nylon manties.
