Blue eyed, dog headed wierdo

Blue eyes are many times considered to be beautiful, but this time that is questionable. I have no idea, what this c. 1 cm long flyer is.

Yeah, it looks like something my sons would have made when they were young and then they would have tried to scare me with it. But ha ha! their mom was a bug lover!
