I have the following problem with my G1 and ZoomBrowser, Version 2.4.0.18. But before: I'm an user from germany and have therefore all the Canon software in german; i try to translate back to english an hope you will understand the problem.
Foreword: In ZB, you can upload Images back to a CF-Card (I use a SanDisk CF-Card Reader on the parallel printer port, and a 1 GB IBM Microdrive). Now: I have downloaded all my holiday fotos, repair some in Photoshop, an want to reload them to the foto in the correct order to do presentations via television output to the family.
Now the problem: I couldn't upload any of the AVI-Videos back to the camera (e.g, in my case, to the CF-card in the SanDisk). The upload menu let me choose only several image types (TIFF, JPEG, ...), but not *.AVI.
I tried to copy/paste the AVI-Videos to the CF-card with the standard WIN-Explorer, but after inserting the card to the G1, the camera didn't realize them as Canon AVI-Videos.
Well, now I'm puzzled. Who can give advice?
