This was created with one RAW file with 5 different exposures -2/+2 merged with Photomatix Pro

Very nice to my eyes. I don't care if it looks processed, or surreal. In the end, it is the impact the image makes, and this one ROCKs !!

theres a line between HDR and tone mapping... what you guys see here is mostly tone mapping.

there was no "dynamic" range in these pictures to begin with, so you are trying to HDR from nothing. dont get HDR and tone mapping confused :)

Not really a fan of HDR cars when the main focus is the car, I'd rather see a more dramatic background, like M3's.

don't really like HDR as a lot of them look really bad but thought I would give it a go. this is an amalgamation of 6 images that I took but not with th e thought of HDR.

tone mapping only addjusts the way the HDR is put together.
