I have just ordered Canon EOS 300D and a Sigma 135-400mm from B&H.

But now I am concerned about the 'rechipping' issues. Has anyone tried this lens on a Canon EOS 300D ?

If it is a new lens it will not be an issue.

CDS is correct. ALL EOS compatible lenses made after 2000, should NOT need to be rechipped.
