Lots of people turned out, the streets were flooded with people from all walks of life! I happened to have been visiting the city during pride week, the grand finale being this parade. This type of shot needs the entire subject in the frame. And a wider aperture to blur the BG a bit more will help the subject. Also if you increase the size of your image up to 700 px in the longest direction it will be easer to evaluate.
