Nice!!! :D I hate when I get "red eyes" on spiders.

Yeah, there is just sooo much postprocessing to remove all the red!

Hiya Alan, Terri,
Many thanks for both your comments, now you come to mention it Alan I saw one of those raft spiders on TV a wk or so ago on one of Bill Oddies progs,he was pokin around in a pond on the Broads.

I need to go on a diet Terri so I guess my penance of B&W should do me some good eh.
Cheers for now

Poor spider. I don't think it's ugly at all, it's rather pretty. Secondly, 22mm is SMALL :P We have baby huntsmans bigger than that ;)

Nice shot Mark. Poor Ami! Did she order you to kill it, or were you able to capture it and release it back into the wild [outdoors]?

I'm a specialist at home at catching spiders. Warren has a morbid fear of them and will just kill them without a 2nd thought (much to my complaints). Angie won't go near them but isn't scared of them. Her daughter Sarah is badly scared of them. So, that leaves me, having to catch them and release them. The good ole glass and cardboard trick works wonders every single time!
