Man its hard to find anything wrong with this image. maybe the camera angle is too steep, but really I think it works just fine. This an image that you will cherish for some time, it's something pros strive for but rarely get. His emotion and feelings are written on his face plain as day. This kid has intensity and your image captured it well.

I judge for many of the camera clubs here in the bay area of Norther CA and you, have a great shot. Next time leave a little more room to camera right and try not to place the closest eye dead center in the frame, but now we are just being picky.

yes I can see that Talat, also how his chin on the right sort of blends with his shoulder.

this was shot in color and I converted it in phtoshop, I actually thought the color version was a tad too vivid?? I dunno. Here it is.
