Took this of a beautiful oak tree a couple of weeks ago. It really caught my eye.

This looks like some of the large format stuff you used to see years ago.


I don't have anything against Nikon cameras, just the people who use them.

I tried something similar a while ago, but you have a much more uniform exposure. It looks good!

Macro shots of patterns in nature have long been a favorite of photographers. When done years ago with large format view cameras, they had a special look. Your image had such detail it reminded me of these.
