This is some butterflies from Sweden. I'm not sure of the english names but I hope they are correct.

I've been trying to get decent shots of the same fritillary today, but it's been very hot in the UK and the butterflies wouldn't settle. So I'm doubly envious of that very nice shot of yours. The blue is nicely composed.

Hi Richard, welcome aboard :)

Fantastic shots, both of them! I might prefer to see more space around the first butterfly, not so tightly cropped (if that is a crop, of course). The simplicity of the second shot is simply gorgeous :)
