My first jumper shots. Found this guy (or is it gal?) perched on a wall near my front door. Took some pictures, right up until the cat came. Using the 50mm 1.8 + All 3 Tubes + Flash + Off shoe cord (handheld)

The first is a crop, but the second is the full frame. Are most this small? (probably about 5-8mm long)

Right up until the cat came? LOL. I can relate, as I have four of them.
I like the detail in this, especially all the little hairs in the first one.

Nice shots! I think it's a male, looking at the palps. And yes, 5mm-8mm is about the norm.
