Howdy! It's been ages since i posted something. I almost feel like a newbie again here. How y'all doing my friends?

Haven't been out for a long time. My Bigma is sitting there getting rusted.:o The heat is unbearable, and it's only July.

Anyways, here's something i took before the long break. Saw this beautiful male Yellow-headed Black Bird in late spring. Quite friendly and let me get pretty close. Hope you all like it. C/C welcome.

They are all uncropped. Only resized and pp'ed.

Beautiful shots Fee, I have not seen many posts from you lately. My favorite is the second shot with its rich colors and great pose.

I agree the second one is just amazing. The color is so vivid. The others a good also it just seems in the second one you must have waited a long time to get that pose.

Nice to see you back in the bird forum Lee. See you haven't lost your touch in some cracking good bird shots.
All good shots but my favourite is the third shot for excellent composition.

Welcome back, Fee! Those are beautiful shots. I didn't know this bird existed.

I think #3 is my favorite.

Nice shots fee! Never heard of this bird before. Love the colors in the first two shots. He has his head craned around so much in the last shot that it look like it is on backwards. Maybe he's possessed and needs an exorcist!
