Some uneditted shots with an SD450, 200 ISO, no flash, auto white balance, 0 exp. I'd like some C&C to help boost sharpness & brightness, and reduce noise. Thanks.

Sharpness -- did you use a tripod? The exposures in each of these shots were long enough that you really need a very solid platform to avoid any sort of motion blur affecting your images. If it was on a tripod, try using the self timer to eliminate pressing the shutter from contributing to motion problems.

Noise -- partially a limitation of the camera and ISO. I'm not familiar with your camera, so I can't tell you a whole lot more. Maybe look for suggestions in the P&S forums here? Improper exposures will increase noise, and these were probably a little difficult to get right.

Brightness -- in the light you apparently had available, I'm not sure how much more brightness could be expected. You might be able to get brighter results with more post processing (Photoshop is your friend), but if you brighten too much, you'll risk increasing noise.
