For a long time I have admired pictures of beautifully coloured crab spiders awaiting their victims inside flowers.
Up until today I have never found anything, but not I can present my first. It is a tiny tiddler at approximately 2-3mm and he has unfortunately not understood the concept of camouflage very well. He does do tricks though so I have decided to let him off.
Here he is thinking about his next trick,......total concentration...........
A hand-stand!!!

A word of advice- crab spiders usually look better from the front (I think this might help with future encounters).
