Can anyone shed some light on these bugs?

1: Approx 2mm long, bright white, looks like is has fallen into the powder sugar. Shape resembles a lacewing maybe?

2: No idea of this one at all, approx 8mm long and quite golden reflection to it.

The first one looks like some kind of Jumping Plant Louse or Psyllid but with a bad case of fungal attack, no idea on the other one, both great shots though.

Lovely captures
#1 is a lacewing with waxy wings (Coniopterygidae). (from diptera info forum- I posted a similar one last year).
#2 looks like a very pregnant version of the beetle I posted recently- see https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=192145
