As the title says, what do you mean when you say "at 100% crop"?

A 100% crop is viewing the photo so that 1 pixel of the photo occupies 1 pixel on your screen. On your rebel XT a full resolution image is around 3500x2300 pixels, most likely much larger than your monitor's resolution. So when viewed at 100% you can only see a portion of the image. The following thread has some examples of how to do a 100% crop. It starts around post #18.

I read several posting on a number of threads. What I have understood is.
1) If I am using PS and I use the actual pixal and the photo is sharp. I have a sharp photo.
2) If I am in another photo mananger. set the photo at 100% and the photo is sharp. I have a sharp photo.
correct?
