Getting some good shows out here in the desert but so far have not had a storm rool through my location yet. All have been off to the east or north. The distance was checked by radar with the first image at 37 miles and the 2nd at 49 miles. The 2nd shot was actually shot during twilight so I had to try to go as slow as I could by keeping at the low ISO to get a longer shutter speed. Trade off was lack of brightness in the bolt. Both shot with the 70-200 f/4L. I processed these two within a few minutes since they caught my eye while off loading from the camera. Have another 260+ to sort.
1. ISO 800 @ 87mm, 10" f/4.
2. ISO 100 @ 70mm, 15" f/4.
