What's the cheapest, no name memory card you have used and do you still use it?

Lead Data 64mb - worked fine for about 4 years then died.
Fujifilm 64mb - worked fine for about 4 years then died.

Danelec, Lexar, Sandisk etc I've had for 5 years or so and no problems yet.

Hyperdrive - had it for 6 months and used it as a laptop backup but that's all. I suspect it'll end up as a laptop backup with my purchasing more but larger CF cards.

I have a Lexar 1gb 4x that just failed me. Lost 250 pictures and the chip is only 6 months old. I won't by Lexar again. . .

Canon and Lexar do not get along well. I have a total of 42gb of cards, many are Transcend. They are fast, never a problem and reasonably priced.

Yeah, I found out the hard way. . . Sounds like Transend is popular one. . I'll look into it.

I have a Dane-Elec 1gb, and it's never failed in the 2 years I've had it. I have heard negative stories, but mine's not a statistic yet.

I did not consider Ri-Data "off brand" but if we do, then those cards make up the bulk of my CF and SD inventory. No issues.

Literally no name on it, 64mb, "borrowed" from work, and stopped after a dozen frames in my 400d. Just lost a two month old 1gb Lexar to "cf error" (?) so I'll be avioding like the plague from now on.

I have 2 Microtech 256MB cards purchased with my first digital-the D-60. I'll still use them in the 60, but too small for the 5D.
