This shot has tons of dust on the sensor I think. Also I dont really know how to compress the file without losing all of the detail.

Have you tried the 'save for web' feature in Photoshop?? Set your pixel size first (800 on the longest edge) and then set your quality until your image is just below 100k. See below. My Gear
