well... I cant seem to find its nest, so I build it one myself.... mother follows, while continuously screaming at me.

yup, found some old hay, added a little mud to solidify the nest once it dries out, and pushed my fist down in the middle to create a cavity for the little guy (or gal). I went back later today to check on him, and he was happily hiding in the shade with his mom squaking at me for being close to her chick again. dazzlebea wrote: You built the nest yourself?!
