Dont like wing cropped off - be okay if you were even closer in. Is this a Hairstreak butterfly?

I agree. I also think the flower over exposed :( (I know you cannot have done it differently).

Its a very nice shot apart from the couple of points made.

But they are often hard to aproach. Keep trying.

I like it. Maybe a little more saturation in the PP, but overall a nice shot. It's in focus which is a sight better than 90% of mine!!!

hi guys,

thanks for the inputs.

do agree that the wings should not have been cropped off but then i wanted to focus on the "straw".
Will pay more attention on getting the white correctly exposed.

don't know what butterfly it is.

do you have any idea on how close I should crop the picture. what you are seing is the original.
