Very nice! I like the warm colors :) Will the heat wave be over soon?

Hope everyone is fine there, as some homeless and older people are at high risk :(

not trying to hijack the thread, but I got a picture of a dead dragonfly today and just thought that this would be an appropriate thread to post it in.

Well spotted RM - poor wasp. I've heard about the heatwave in England/Europe, hope it cools down for you guys. As an aussie, 36Âșc isn't that hot, but I understand for most Europeans that it's damn well HOT. Your wildlife must be having a torrid time of things as well.

On the images, some slight hotspots on the face in #1, otherwise it'd been a fine shot. I like the colours and composition very much. Rather hair wasp, never realised that they were that hairy. I take it this was taken with the mpe-65?

Hiya RM,
Nice shots, just desserts eh, I don't go out my way to squish wasps but neither do I loose any sleep over the demise of one.
I see the forecast is for more hot stuff comin up from the Azores for this week, its still nice n cool here in S.Devon.
Cheers for now
Mark

Nice shot. You sure the venus fly trap hasn't got a grip on his legs so he died there.
