whats your favorite macro subject

silly poll but we have a heatwave in the UK at the mo so silly things happen.

I know aint it far too hot! Ive just donned my bikini and gone out into the garden but had to come back in after 15 mins as i was slowly melting into the grass!

anyway....my answer to your question would have to be flowers

It is extreamly hot here too. It is almost 40*C!!!

My fave subject is jumpers.

Butterflies, dragonflies and damselflies for me.

Dragons or Harvestmen

Think mine must be wasps (of all types) with water drops coming a close second

rter only 6 weeks of shooting macro, it must be butterflies and damsels.

Jumpers, dragonflies and some other small criiters (since I have my MPE65 ). Anything new would also get me excited

Right about anything that doesn't move faster then me and stays still long enough for me to snap a photo.... i'm not verry picky or demanding....

only problem there is that MP E65 has too high a minimum mag to get all of a Dragonfly in - great for close up detail though unless your 1.3 and ff sensors get a lot more in? Which of those cameras do you prefer for macro??

Personally my favorite macro subjects would be rust,raindrops or insects or if i'm in the mood flowers .

i dont do a lot of macro but hover flys in flight are great and my fave to have a go at.
