Darn, and I dont have a CF card yet so guess whats on my shopping list today! Cant wait for vacation next week to really get to play with it!!

Make sure you get enough CF's or portable storage for vacation!!! Nothing worse than not being able to take that AWESOME shot because you ran out of space!

Enjoy the camera! I bought my iPod (60Gb) 5 months before I got my camera. The iPod serves as a backup machine for travel :)

I second that! I recently went to Disney World with only two 512's. What a mistake. It was a pain in the rear to have to go to a place that would transfer my pics to cd's every time I filled them up. Now I have a Flashtrax XT with 40gb.

Enjoy your new camera, I remember how excited I was when I got mine, so I know the feeling.

Go to Costco and get 2 1 gb cards for $49 each or there is one on sale this week 2gb somewhere for $89. A bargain. Even if you are not going anywhere special, it's good to have at least 2 cards so you always keep on blank in your bag. I have 5 1 gb cards and a P2000 and I always fill the cards when I am out now. Also don't forget an extra battery from Sterlingtek. So good and cheap. Enjoy the new toy!
