Fair enough You take a stab at my avatar. However have You actually compared. I don't think You have.

Have a look at this image. This is a screenshot of my post here put together with a screenshot of an avatar of 80 pixels wide in a thread with no other posts so there is no other posts that influence the width of that collumn. Mine is 150 pixels wide.

Can You tell me how the posting area is limited by the size of my avatar?

The forums are primarily devoted to people dislaying there images arent they ?, the user information area and the left and right margins need to be reduced which would help a lot.

The forums need to be set 100% width and the user information area needs reducing as they arent serving any great purpose, the area people are interested in is the posting area, try to get this set to the maximum please ! ...

The layout is fine as it is. There is no need for larger photos than 800 pixels.
