These images are the result of "natural light" light bulbs harshly pointed from various directions:confused:

Isn't everything illegal in England? I hear you need a permit for a tripod in the city. Is this true or an urban legend? I am not being critical it just amazes me the level of regulation our friends and allies over there are under . Then again I think making love in any position except missionary is still illegal some places here, go figure . Thanks for the comments:)

Definitely gave the thread a fuller scope - money AND sex...

Copper is good - what is the background? I find it intriguing. The whole photo is quite nice...I like the shallow DOF and your chosen focus point. I am a bit distracted by the light spot on the upper left tho. I would burn or clone that out.

Balanced Baht:

Two of my favorite things......(sung to the tune of the song from the sound of music, I think):D

The background is a large natural copper nugget that I am trying to do something nice with for my abstract. I just saved some pictures but I am not thrilled.
Thanks for the comment about the light spot. I didn't notice but now that you mention it, it is so obvious.

OMG - you have me singing that song now. Your things are better than the ones in the lyrics though. I better get my ipod and plant a different song in my head.

Sounds like an interesting subject. Quite challenging tho - be careful with the lighting - the copper is reflective, so yields the potential for hotspots.

Perhaps the current exchange rate? It was on a piece of glass over a black piece of canvas. ;)

Presently listening to Jack Johnson - much better. At least no one was here to hear me singing that Sound of Music song!

Water drops - it's a combination of DOF, focus point and most importantly LIGHT. Master the light love - it's all a lot easier after you do. ;)
