The pole is my favorite followed by the traffic lights, I like the isolated street.

How fun. I spent three days there last month with my daughter doing the incoming freshman orientation. Neat school. My oldest daughter went there too. You a student there?

I use Canon gear...have several bodies and lenses and am quite pleased with them.

Hey! Where are the pics of all the crickets on the side of the library? That was always a fun sight.

I like the staple and hydrant photos.

You don't get much rain up there, do you? Here in New Orleans, we have many poles like that, but they staples are RUSTY RUSTY RUSTY. Works out nice. In a year, there's room for more staples.

Thanks. We don't get much rain, and right now we have all kinds of water restrictions since it has been so dry lately. :(

stylistically I like the first two. On the rest, I think they would have benifited had you not shot them mid day.... early morning or late aftenoon into evening would have helped. You would have deeper richer skies and more color from the subjects. Otherwise using a grad. neutral density filter, or a circ. polorizer would help. All in all... nice stuff.... and the first two really do shot the most promise. Cheers.

Chevellechick, can you fix the links for your photos? I'm from Denton and would like to see them. Always nice to bring back an old thread.
