Hi there,

My brother in law is a lazer cutter so I am going to try and make something like this for my macro flash the MT24-EX will this be enough? to get the flashes wider? and at odd angles?

Regards Darren

Looks good another joint along the rod might make it a bit more adjustable to get the flash high over a subject or below. It might make the rods less ridgid as well so you would have to try it or have two sets of rods. I would think that what you have pictured would do for most things as long as the rods can move up and down at the back where it looks to be jointed for wider and narrower.

edit: I would like to use something like that with two 580's and a ST-E2 transmitter for macro.

I was going to make the arms bend in half and be extendable if I can.

Regards Darren
