I was taking pictures at my sister's wedding, not as the official photog, and when I had to be in some of the shots one of the groom's family members offered to take a picture of the group I was in with my camera. I said ok and set the Rebel XT w/ EF 85 1.8 on auto and gave it to him. When the official photog was done he gave my camera back and said "Sorry I couldn't get any shots because I couldn't figure out how to zoom out". I didn't even try to explain it to him I just said that's ok. :D

A simple body with a small lens can make you appear as a great photojournalist...

A few years ago, with my EOS 500 and a 28-80, I was "playing" the photograph in front of a very nice hotel (5*). We were shooting a small video for a performance at our school... One guy was dressed up like a very rich arab guy, we had a big Mercedes and a few guys acting as bodyguards.

A couple came to me and they started asking me: who is this prince? It seems that our setup was quite realistic

Our small video came out great and gave everyone a good laugh, but that's another story ;-)a

Again, we were standing around in Little Italy at night during some festival in massive crowds as someone approached us. And again, asked, "Who are you guys? What are you taking pictures of?" "Paparazzi!" "You guys are too nice to be paparazzi."

P.S.
Servo'd is currently failing English.

Got one from my wife at a local bar..."Put that thing back in your man-purse, people are looking at us funny."

Man purse=camera bag. ;)
